Using the most cutting-edge methods, artichokes are chosen and processed to ensure a flawless product devoid of chemicals or additives.
Three sizes are assigned to artichokes:
Small: diameter is between 3 – 5cm
Medium: diameter is between 5 – 7cm
Large: diameter is between 7 – 9cm
